Charles Maccora Design is a boutique building design studio based in Geelong with a portfolio spanning across Geelong, Melbourne and the Surfcoast. The studio undertakes a diverse range of projects including new single residential, multi residential developments, residential extensions, works within a heritage context and commercial projects.

The studio aims to deliver high quality projects with a strong focus on creative design. Our fastidious process is driven by detailed research, evaluation of the site and its context, extensive regulatory knowledge, and a collaborative dialogue with clients, councils & consultants. Our projects are unique, and specifically tailored to our clients. We aim to produce building design that positively transforms the experiences of its occupants.

Our services extend from conceptual & schematic design, 3d modelling, detailed design development, town planning documentation, town planning reports & submissions, and construction documentation. Joinery detailing and project specifications available upon request.

Charles Maccora graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Arts (Architecture) and a Bachelor of Architecture (honours) degree before becoming a registered building practitioner (Building Designer) in 2011. Charles has a strong passion for modern and contemporary architecture with over 15 years experience.
